Where Next-Gen Hydration Meets Next-Gen Exploration
Loom, the next-generation beverage brand redefining healthier hydration for a new era, has officially welcomed Alyssa Carson as its newest Loominary — the globally recognized aspiring astronaut, astrobiologist, and cultural trailblazer known as “Blueberry.” With more than 530K Instagram followers and worldwide influence across science, STEM education, and exploration, Carson now joins Loom’s rapidly expanding universe of innovators and culture-shapers.
Carson’s lifelong dream of becoming one of the first humans to set foot on Mars aligns seamlessly with Loom’s “Juice From the Future” identity. Her mission-driven mindset, scientific achievements, and cultural reach embody the spirit of a Loominary: bold curiosity, boundary-pushing ambition, and a commitment to building a better, healthier future. Through this partnership, Carson will participate in national campaigns, educational storytelling, youth-focused initiatives, and select Loom Live cultural integrations.
Alyssa Carson’s accomplishments read like the résumé of someone twice her age. She became the first person to visit all 14 NASA Visitor Centers, earned her applied Astronautics certification at 17, and completed space training across the United States, Canada, and Turkey. A licensed pilot, advanced scuba diver, certified Aquanaut, and Class A skydiver, Carson holds a degree in Astrobiology and is currently pursuing her PhD at the University of Arkansas, researching what forms of life could grow on Mars. Her global leadership includes serving as a UN Young Leader for the Sustainable Development Goals, becoming one of only five NATO ambassadors worldwide, and earning membership into The Explorers Club as its youngest full inductee.

Loom has become more than a beverage — it’s a lifestyle and a creative ecosystem. Through collaborations with global artists and exclusive merchandise with New Era, the brand has demonstrated a deep commitment to creativity, culture, and community. Artists like Lorik Khodaverdian and Ylimay Zavala helped craft Loom’s iconic star-drop identity, while partnerships with creators such as Chaz Marcus and athletes including Justice Haynes and Juice Wells highlight the brand’s dedication to originality, innovation, and impact.
The Loominary Moment:
Central to this vision is the Loominary program, Loom’s future-forward collective rooted in the dual meaning of “luminary”: a person of influence and a celestial body that gives off light. The program uplifts creators, athletes, scientists, and culture-shapers who believe in a better, bolder future — offering hands-on support, visibility, creative collaboration, and opportunities to build something meaningful at the intersection of culture, wellness, and purpose. From community initiatives to appearances at festivals like Phish’s Mondegreen, the Loominary movement continues to grow into a dynamic ecosystem fueled by curiosity, ambition, and imagination.
With Alyssa Carson joining the roster, the Loominary universe reaches new heights — merging science, culture, exploration, and aspiration in a way only Loom can. Carson embodies the heart of the Loominary ethos: passionate, authentic, and actively building something real, whether in the lab, in the air, or at the edge of space. Together, this expanding crew represents a new kind of community — one built on mutual respect, shared energy, and a collective drive to shape the future.
